Dr. Romantic 2 starts with Boo Yong Joo trying to revive Doldham Hospital with difficulties after his colleagues, Kang Dong Joo, Yoon Seo Jung, and Do In Beom – left the hospital. The hospital is short of doctors now, and he heads back to Geodae Hospital to look for doctors to replace them. Three doctors joined him. Are they able to revive the Doldham Hospital?
